  • Why does my participation matter?

    The success of the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund solely depends on the participation of every member of the Saint Mark’s community – parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni. Faculty, staff, Advisory Board members, friends, corporations, business and foundations. Your support shows the strength of the community that supports Saint Mark’s.

  • Why not just increase tuition?

    While tuition increases are inevitable, it is important that we remain competitive and affordable to all who would choose to attend Saint Mark’s from every socio –economic community. The Saint Mark’s Annual Fund allows to enrich curricular programs that are consistent with our mission.

  • I can only make a small contribution, is it really worth it?

    No gift to the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund is too small. Each year gifts to the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund range from $1 to more than $50,000. We encourage all everyone to make a gift that is meaningful to them and their family. 

  • Can I direct my gift to a specific area of the budget or scholarship fund?

    It is preferable that all donations to the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund are unrestricted, so they can be used to meet the immediate needs of the school. However, if you have a specific gift in mind, please contact Peter Curcio, Director of Advancement and Alumni at 302-757-8728. 

  • I support many functions at Saint Mark’s including school activities, auctions and events. Why should I also give to the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund?

    We thank you for supporting events and activities at Saint Mark’s. Please note that that donations to the Saint Mark’s Annual Fund are 100 percent tax deductible, while support of activities, auctions and events are only deductible over the value of the item.
