There is no doubt that Saint Mark's 1973 Football Team set the tone for the powerhouse that is known as Spartan Athletics. After only three varsity seasons, the team secured the state's High School Football Tournament Championship title in December 1973 by beating Dickinson 23-7. This title was the school's very first state championship positioning Saint Mark's as a formidable competitor. Congratulations to the team on its upcoming induction into Saint Mark's Athletic Hall of Fame.
