The first Delaware football player to be named All State three years in a row (1973, 1974, 1975) and the first sophomore in history to be chosen First Team All State, Chuck Hunter was instrumental to the success of Saint Mark’s football program. Chuck was part of three state tournament teams and lead the team to two state championships. After Saint Mark’s, Chuck went on to play football at Ohio State University. Congratulations to Chuck Hunter on his forthcoming induction into the Saint Mark’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
Saint Mark’s, a college-preparatory coeducational Catholic high school, inspires young men and women to create a better world, one more pleasing to God and more helpful to others, by modeling faith, excellence, humility and integrity.
