By way of introduction, my name is Pete Curcio and I am delighted to join the staff at Saint Mark’s as Director of Advancement and Alumni!
I have devoted my career to non –profit causes with the bulk of my tenure at Junior Achievement where I served as President of the Philadelphia area and Senior Vice President at the National Headquarters. Most recently, I was with Jobs for Delaware Graduates as Director of Advancement, but it was at All Saints Catholic School in my development role, that I gained a passion for Catholic education. I truly believe that we are positioned to move Saint Mark’s to the next level and I am very excited to do so.
The history of Saint Mark’s is rich in tradition. Founded in 1969, we have been serving the educational needs of students from four states for almost half a century. Our mission is to inspire young men and young women to create a better world, one more pleasing to God and more helpful to others. As the flagship high school of the Diocese of Wilmington, we provide a rigorous, college preparatory curriculum that exemplifies excellence in education to students of all ability levels.
The Saint Mark’s family is a community of students, faculty, staff, parents, graduates, and friends who are united behind our shared belief in working together to provide an environment that exemplifies excellence in education and encourages our students to achieve their best in mind, body, and spirit.
Our goal in the Office of Advancement is to secure the resources needed to provide the environment for students and families who are part of, or who wish to be part of, the Saint Mark’s family.
We welcome your visit to our site and hope that you will stop back frequently to learn more about the number of options available for you to support Saint Mark’s. You will find a number of creative ways to help provide our students with the most innovative educational and co-curricular programming possible to assure our students are ready and prepared for their future.
I thank you for your support of Saint Mark’s High School and look forward to working with you as we make “all things possible”.
