As Saint Mark's students approach the cusp of adulthood, our school counseling team is here to support them in navigating the challenges and changes that occur over the high school years.
A student's school counselor is an integral link in our educational program at Saint Mark's. Counselors promote educational success by enhancing academic, interpersonal, and self-reflection skills, refining the student into a successful adult. Our counseling team works with students to help them recognize their God-given gifts and encourages them to share these gifts and talents with others.
Our school counselors also educate students in problem-solving, decision-making, goal-setting, mental health, and in learning more about occupational opportunities in their areas of interest.
High school is more than merely the passing of courses and the gaining of knowledge. The social, emotional, and spiritual bonds that are formed during these formative years often last a lifetime and the guidance of our school counselors sets Saint Mark's students up for a successful high school experience.
